SousVide pork tenderloin with vegetables cream.

- Pork tenderloin
- 2-3 carrots
- Celery
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Rosemary
- Hot water
- Olive oil
Directions
- Brown the meat with celery, carrots and onion in a saucepan with some olive oil.
- Put the browned meat in a vacuum cooking bag with rosemary, garlic and salt.
- Cook SousVide a pt 62Ā°C for 2h.
- Seasoning with salt and pepper the vegetables in the saucepan. Add some of hot water.
- Add potatoes and cook 1h.
- Once cooked, blend the vegetables until you have a smooth cream.
- Once the pork tenderloin is cooked, cut it into thin slices and serve with the vegetables cream.
