Pork tenderloin with vegetables cream

SousVide pork tenderloin with vegetables cream.


IngredientsĀ 

  • Pork tenderloin
  • 2-3 carrots
  • Celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Hot water
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Brown the meat with celery, carrots and onion in a saucepan with some olive oil.
  2. Put the browned meat in a vacuum cooking bag with rosemary, garlic and salt.
  3. Cook SousVide a pt 62Ā°C for 2h.
  4. Seasoning with salt and pepper the vegetables in the saucepan. Add some of hot water.
  5. Add potatoes and cook 1h.
  6. Once cooked, blend the vegetables until you have a smooth cream.
  7. Once the pork tenderloin is cooked, cut it into thin slices and serve with the vegetables cream.
