Delicious butter cookies with hazelnuts.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 80g hazelnut flour
- 20g Maizena
- 150g butter
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 15ml milk
- Chopped hazelnut
- Vanilla
- Salt
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in vanilla; add egg and a pinch of salt.
- Add flours and mix well.
- Add Maizena, milk and mix.
- Put through cookie press and form cookies onto baking sheets.
- Sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes.
