Quick and easy one-pot chicken curry!
- Chicken 350/400gr
- Coconut milk 200ml
- Curry powder 1 teaspoon
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Cut the chicken thighs into 3cm chunks. Add the flour and mix until all the chicken pieces are covered with the flour.
- Add in to the pan with some olive oil and cook until it is lightly browned. Seasoning.
- Add in the coconut milk and curry powder.
- Whisk and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook until the sauce is nicely thickened, about 5 minutes.
